AVOID These Foods At All Costs!

Sometimes starting your health journey (or anywhere in your journey) can be extremely overwhelming! So what should you do when you just need to take a step back and focus on a few things at a time?… Or even just one thing!

Here is a list of foods that your body would thank you for completely eliminating from your diet. ANYONE who is trying to heal any condition, or improve their health in any way, NEEDS to get these foods OUT (for good)!

“Can’t I just have a little here and there?” No! And let me tell you why…

Did you know it takes THREE MONTHS for your body to process gluten and dairy out of your liver? Every single time you have “just a little bit“, your 3 months starts all over! So the question is, how fast do you want to heal? Want to know something even worse? It takes SIX MONTHS to get canola oil out of your liver! Yikes!

Top 13 Foods to Eliminate

CORN – not just GMO, but ALL forms. Corn creates substantial inflammation, feeds viruses, bacteria, mold and fungus.

SOY – same as above, as well as it mimics estrogen which can throw off hormone balance in women and men.

CANOLA OIL– same as corn, in addition to being horrifically damaging to your digestive system, potentially scarring the lining of both the small and large intestine. This oil is also the major cause of IBS. Canola oil has an effect similar to battery acid on your arteries!!! Sounds delicious and healthy right?!

“SUGAR” aka GMO BEET SUGAR – Anytime you see just the word “sugar” as an ingredient on a label, that’s GMO beet sugar. This sugar feeds cancers, and all types of pathogens. This is very different than eating organic beets.

EGGS – anyone with Lyme disease, lupus, chronic fatigue, migraines, fibromyalgia, cysts or dental problems should absolutely avoid eggs. Eggs are a prime food for growths of any kind (tumors, cysts, fibroids, nodules, etc.) Women especially who have PCOS, breast cancer, and other cysts or tumors should avoid eggs completely. Eggs also cause inflammation and allergies, feed all pathogens, and trigger edema in the lymphatic system.

DAIRY – Extremely hard on the digestive system, and specifically the liver. Dairy also feeds all pathogens, mucous producing, and causes major inflammation and allergies. Although somewhat more digestible, the same is true for organic and raw dairy as well.

PORK – Very inflammatory and high fat content (which your liver will not be happy about!). This must be eliminated when trying to heal any chronic illness.

FARMED FISH – Often raised in small enclosed spaces which breeds parasites and other diseases, therefore the breeders often give antibiotics and treat the water with toxic chemicals.

GLUTEN – in all forms, not just wheat. Gluten can trigger all types of allergic reactions and inflammatory conditions, especially in the intestinal tract. If you’re suffering from any kind of chronic issue, you might want to consider eliminating grains altogether.

MSG – typically builds up in your brain, deep in the tissue. It can cause inflammation and swelling, kill thousands of brain cells, disrupt electrical impulses, weaken neurotransmitters, burn out neurons, causes anxiety and confusion, weakens the central nervous system and can even lead to micro-strokes! You won’t often see “MSG” on the label because it’s been disguised. Usually it will be found in; glutamate, hydrolyzed, autolyzed, protease, carrageenan, maltodextrin, sidium caseinate, balsamic vinegar, barely malt, malt extract, yeast extract, brewer’s yeast, corn starch, wheat starch, modified food starch, gelatin, natural flavors, textured protein, whey protein, soy protein, soy sauce, broth, bouillon, stock, and seasonings.

NATURAL and ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS –  Any ingredient with “natural flavors” is hidden MSG, and the same goes for anything that says “natural ____ flavor” (smoke, beef, turkey, peppermint, vanilla… you name it). Not to mention the other multiple biohazards and chemicals used to produce these products.

ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS – These act as neurotoxins because they contain aspartame. They disrupt your neurons and central nervous system. Long-term use can cause neurological breakdowns and strokes.

CITRIC ACID – Very irritating to the lining of the stomach and intestinal tract which can cause a lot of inflammation and discomfort. Do not confuse this with naturally occurring acid in citrus, which is a healing food. Citric acid is often derived from a genetically modified black mold! MMM…tasty!

You’d be surprised at where these ingredients show up! If you’re buying ANYTHING with a label, food or not, read it carefully!
