Vegan Gluten-Free Wild Blue Berry French Toast

Yaaassssss! We made vegan, gf French toast with wild blueberries this morning!

The batter is 1 mashed banana with 1.5 tbs. of chia seeds and 3/4 cup of almond milk. Let sit for 5 minutes. Grease a pan with coconut oil, or use a griddle.

Top with wild blueberries, strawberries & organic pure maple syrup! Enjoy!

Makes 3 servings (2 slices each)

PS – am I the only one who can’t say “french toast” like a normal person? I always say “mother f*in freeeeench toast” from the movie 40 Year Old Virgin 😂 Anyone else?
