Spiritual Alchemy: The 7 Stages of Transformation

Alchemy: To transform. A power or process of changing one thing into another; especially, a seemingly miraculous power or process of changing one thing into something better.

Spiritual Alchemy: Personal transformation and inner liberation through; destruction, purification, integration, acceptance, alignment and rebuilding.

The term “spiritual alchemy” isn’t just a fun, new age word. The idea of spiritual alchemy can actually be traced back to Aristotle who understood that there is a force that holds all other forms in existence together, but is itself invisible – which these days, we call God/Creator/Source/Spirit, etc.

This invisible force is a field of pure potential that can only come into existence when it is embodied within a form – The physical.

Shadow Work: The Path to Wholeness

You’ve probably heard of shadow work – but what exactly is it?

I work full-time in the construction industry, with very unpredictable and very long hours. I have always eaten what I consider to be a very healthy, mostly organic diet.

However, after the birth of my sixth child I started gaining weight and could not get rid of it, no matter what I tried – and I tried everything! My hair was falling out by the handfuls, and I also developed severe varicose veins in my legs. They would swell up to twice their size, they would be physically hot to the touch, and feel as though bees were stinging me all day long. It was excruciating.
